Privacy

Northwall Technologies Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, is the controller for any personal data handled through this site. Write to hello@northwalltechnology.com with any question about it.

What we collect

Only what you send us: your name, your email address and your message, whether through the form on this page or by email. The site sets no cookies. It stores one setting in your browser if you pause the background motion, and that setting never leaves your device.

Why

To read your message and reply to it. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who write to us, and, where you ask about working together, taking steps at your request before a contract.

Who handles it

Vercel hosts the site and runs the function that sends your form message. Resend delivers that message to us. Cloudflare routes mail for our domain, and Google hosts our mailbox. Each acts on our instructions. Some of these providers process data in the United States under the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long

For as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it. Messages that lead nowhere are deleted within twelve months.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and object to our handling of it. Email the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
